Our freshly painted and carpeted offices are pleasant, quiet workspaces. Every office has one or more window and is kept comfortable with air conditioning and heating. Once you’ve found an office that fits your needs perfectly, contact us to proceed to the next steps, which are outlined below.

LEASE APPLICATION

First, we’ll have you fill out our one-page lease application form. We run a credit and background check to ensure that you’re a good fit for our office park. If needed, we can usually find solutions for working with impaired credit.

LEASE AGREEMENT

Once we’ve approved your application, we’ll have you fill out our simple, three-page lease agreement. Upon signing the lease agreement, the move-in costs are typically one month’s security deposit plus the first month’s rent.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE RENT?

Our leases are fully gross, which means that all building expenses are included. Specifically, property taxes, building insurance, common area maintenance (CAMs), five day per week janitorial service and all utilities are included in your monthly rent. Internet service and LAN line phones are not included in rents and are a tenant responsibility.

For $75 per month, we offer a single-office furniture package which includes a desk, one executive chair, two guest chairs, a task lamp and three pieces of wall art. Our furniture package also includes installation in your office so you won’t have to worry about setup!
